Thank You SDMCET

With the blessings of Lord Shri Manjunatha Swamy and our revered president Dr. D Veerendra Heggadeji that I got this opportunity to complete my graduation B.E (ISE) from 2003 to 2007, campus placement at Cognizant, Bengaluru from 2007 to 2009 and M.Tech (PTQIP CSE) from 2009 to 2012 and thus served the CSE Department/ SDMCET institution from 1st Aug, 2009 till 31st December, 2017, increasing my knowledge and experience. I have enjoyed my tenure of 8 years and 5 months at SDMCET. I truly acknowledge the opportunities the institution has provided me for personal and professional development in best possible ways. I profusely thank Shri. Shreyes Kumar sir for recognizing my services and making me incharge of Startup Core Committee and happy to inform that all the 3 startups are doing great and they have made good financial transactions. Invited - 2 Days Workshop on IoT with Cloud | VDRIT Haliyal | 4th and 5th Nov, 2017

Many thanks to organizers at VDRIT, Haliyal  for inviting us to conduct a 2 Days Hands-on Workshop on IoT with Cloud for 3rd, 5th and 7th sem students of CSE Dept on  4th and 5th November, 2017. On day-1, MPS Labs , student startup from SDMCET conducted hands-on session on basics of Arduino with some sensors like LDR, DHT etc. On day-2, hands-on sessions on Bluetooth and ESP8266 WiFi module was conducted by MPS Labs. Later a session on MIT App Inventor and Arduino simulation using Tinkercad was conducted by me. Abhijit Naik 7th sem CSE, Ankur 5th sem ECE joined in conducting hands-on sessions. Workshop concluded with brainstorming project ideas as mentioned in our IoT with Cloud course blog.

Robomate Tablet Distribution | Mahesh PU College

Happy to be a part of Robomate+ Tablet distribution event at ICS Mahesh PU College, Dharwad on 08-09-2017 as a chief guest along with Prof. Pravin Hanchinal . Tablets have helped in achieving flipped classroom and professors/students are now spending more time in classroom discussions, thus overall results have improved. It was made very clear that any technological advancements will not replace human teacher. Thanks to regional news papers like Vijay Karnataka ,  Samyuktha Karnataka  and Vijayavani of September, 10, 2017 for covering this event.. The ethical values, importance of  healthy living habits and proper/safe/secure usage of tablet/internet were stressed by Mr. Praveen.

Demonstration of 3D Printer | FLIGHT 2017 | Akshaya Patra | ISKCON Hubli

A Review Paper on IoT with Cloud | Presented at International Conference | P.C Jabin College, Hubballi

Heartfelt thanks to the organizers at  International Conference  On  Recent Innovations in Computer Application  held at  P.C.Jabin.Science.College Campus, VidyaNagar, Hubballi   on 20th and 21st July, 2017 for giving us this opportunity to present our experience of running Internet of Things with Cloud   engineering course as a Review Paper on IoT with Cloud and Poster Presentation on Web Services.   IoT with Cloud is being offered as an elective for 7th sem Computer Science and Engineering Department students at S.D.M College of Engineering and Technology , Dharwad, Karnataka, India. Project Based Hands-On Learning - Web Technologies

Invited for Hands-on Session - Working with MS Excel and Common Man Technologies

We profusely thank the HoD & organizers at Department of MBA, SDMCET for inviting Prof. Govind G N and myself to conduct a hands-on session on Working with Excel for Financial Use & Common Man Technologies on 27th March, 2017. Radio Talk - Technology Behind Aadhaar Card
