Workshop on Cloud and Grid Computing

I recently attended a workshop on Cloud and Grid Computing at CDAC Knowledge Park, Old Madras Road, Bangalore on Thursday, 21st October 2010.

The presentations were mainly on :

1. Cloud Computing - The Next Revolution in Information Technology.
2. Grid vs Cloud - Application Perspective.
3. Virtualization.

The talk also covered  Manjrasoft - which develops Market-Oriented Cloud Computing platforms that allows us to build, accelerate and manage our applications ultimately saving our time and money, leading to enhanced business productivity and profit.
