Seeking Product Development candidates in all listed areas with 2-15 years of relevant work experience, M.E./B.E./Diploma in Mech/Auto/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent education, excellent team work and communication skills.
All positions are at the company’s Chennai R&D location, except for Engine-related positions which are based in Hosur.
All candidates are expected to have a working knowledge of engineering tools such as DFM/DFA/DFS, DFMEA, DVVP, GD&T, SQFD and 8D problem-solving methodologies, and ISO/TS 16949 quality standards.
In addition, applicants for design engineering positions need to have a working knowledge of CATIA V5 or V6 or equivalent and PLM systems.
Candidates for senior positions require experience in managing multiple projects and should have proven people management skills.
