Many thanks to Spoken Tutorial Project, IIT-Bombay for selecting me as a Resource Person to present Spoken Tutorial Project, IIT Bombay for Directorate of Collegiate Education (DCE), Karnataka conducting Awareness Workshop on Spoken Tutorial Project Courses for the benefit of the faculty and students from all Colleges and Educational Institutes in Karnataka. Spoken Tutorial Project, IIT Bombay is an initiative by the National Mission on Education through ICT(NMEICT), MHRD, Govt. of India to spread IT Literacy all over India. Responding to the initiative of NMEICT, the SPOKEN TUTORIAL PROJECT team of IIT Bombay are promoting the learning and usage of Free & Open Source Software (FOSS) like Linux, Scilab, LaTeX, PHP & MySQL, Java, C/C++, LibreOffice etc. through an Audio-Video teaching tool, viz, 'Spoken Tutorial'.
