This is a highly motivational series of 2 lecture cum presentations by Commander Veerendra Kumar Jaitly for college students that can pave the way for them to succeed in the corporate world. Jaitly has been involved in Technology and Processes for a number of years and has shifted his focus to People now as he feels that Core Engineering is important but it is Human Engineering which is Most Important. He has delivered lectures on diverse topics in a large number of Colleges/Universities/
