Invited Workshop on IoT and Cloud - SDMIT

Major Project Work - Smart Workplace - Presented in National Conference

Congratulations to the following students - Bhavana Shivaram Bhat,  Abhishek Das,  Lakshmi D Doddamani and Jitendra Kumar of VIII sem CSE, SDMCET DWD-580002, who have successfully presented their major project work - Smart Workplace in  National Conference on Power System Engineering-NCPSE-2016 , held on  2nd  April 2016,    Saturday at  S.D.M College of Engineering & Technology, Dharwad-580 002 , in  Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. This work was done as a part of IoT course - iot.cs427.blogspot.in  and later developed as a major project.

These solar powered robots can be tracked from anywhere using cloud and mobile apps. The prime technologies used include Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Digital Image/Video Processing, Machine Learning and Robotics. As we know, recycled plastic produces about 3.5 kg less CO2 compared to 6 kg of CO2 for new plastic and 6,137 tonnes/day waste remain uncollected and littered across India viz.
